Ever since we have lived in this house, we have had the pleasurable company of a dove that lives near by. We see the dove several times a day and I am always reminded when I see “her” that “she” is a symbol of peace. Often times when the day is getting chaotic and I might be getting weary and frustrated, she will fly near the back window and peek into the house. She has boosted my spirits and renewed my soul many times with her little visits. I have tried to photograph her many times, but never had any success…until today.

As this week starts, I urge you to notice the small blessings that we are given to remind us in difficult times of God’s strength and peace. Find your dove.
