Is there anything that makes you think of summer more than this?

The girls and I went to the grocery store today to give the vacuum a break. (I bet that is the weirdest excuse you have ever heard unless you have kids) In the span of 30 minutes after I walked in from my doctor’s appointment, they

1. broke a pane of glass out of my barrister.
2. dumped a bag of goldfish on the floor. ( I thought there was only a handful left in the bag, but some fishes and loaves miracle occurred and there was no less than 150 goldfish on the floor.)
3. ripped up my newest magazine (I hadn’t read yet) and made enough confetti for New Year’s 2010-2015.
4. dumped the dog food in the floor (another fishes and loaves incident)

So we left for the store. I didn’t really need anything in particular until I saw the big bags of cherries. Visions of homemade cherry pie, cherry tarts and cherry muffins filled my head. That is until I got them rinsed photographed and the girls and I sat down and ate the whole bag.

Ahhh…the sweet life.
