Yay! I got to see it!Of course, I had to do an experiment of my own. I used regular store heavy whipping cream. Got great results until I second guessed myself and whipped it again… which apparently breaks it down!Before I overdid it, I got about 1.5 cups of butter from 2 c of cream.I also killed my cheap food processor. *sigh*
